California Gold Nutrition Curcumin C3 Complex contains a standardized extract of Curuma longa root, otherwise known as turmeric. Turmeric contains compounds called curcuminoids which have powerful anti-inflammatory effects.* Commonly used for years as a spice in cooking with foods such as curries, curcumin or turmeric became widely used within the practice of Ayurveda for its wellness properties.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
