Colour : This vintage has an intense, brilliant colour with youthful highlights.

Palate : The attractive bouquet has red fruit and toasty overtones. The wine starts out straightforward and lively, showing beautiful tannic structure. Round and smooth. A pleasant aftertaste reinforces the overall impression of balance.

Recommended Cuisine

When young and vigorous, Chateau Fleur de Lisse is enjoyable with practically all dishes, with the exception of blue cheeses. When older, it is best served with game or an entrecote steak. When at its peak, it is ideal with a roast or leg of lamb, and after that it is a treat with poultry.
