Non-Registered Mail:

· This option will incur an additionally fee of $1.50 for every 2 items purchased.

· Packages are delivered in approximately 2-5 working days by signpost but may be subjected to delays.

· Tracking status of the package will not be available.

Registered Mail:

· This option will incur an additionally fee of $3.50 for every 2 items purchased.

· Packages are delivered in approximately 2 working days by signpost but may be subjected to delays.

· A 9-digit Registered Article (RA) Number and proof of shipment will be provided to you after we have dispatch the package. You can visit http://www.singpost.com/ to track the status of the package.

· In the event of package being returned back to us due to reason such as wrong customer address being entered into the system upon ordering, we will contact you for redelivery at your expenses.
