 Policy

  1. Once payment received, we will process your order.

  2. Strictly no cancellation or ammendment once order has been confirmed. Please check your order before payment. We will not entertain any request for cancellation or ammendment of order (example change to other size, colour, design).

  3. All apparel displayed in our website are pre order (duration 14-21 days).

  4. All orders are to be sent via courier service: Skynet, Poslaju, Nationwide. We will inform you the courier service, tracking number and date of shipment (example Skynet, 12345678, 12 January 2016). Estimate days of shipping varies from 1-3 days from shipment date depending on location (1 day for city/towns and 3 days for East Malaysia and remote/countryside areas).

  5. No self collection service option.

  6. If buyer requested to ship any item(s) separately, the shipping fee will be paid by buyer.

  7. Your orders are checked for defects before packaging for shipment.

  8. What is a defect item?
    - wrong colour or size.
    - manufacturing defect.
    - wrong item that was not in the order.

  9. In any event when you received an item which has defect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange. One-on-one exchange if there is available stock. If out of stock available, customer has to wait for restock.

  10. Kindly note that the following apparels with sequins, beads, pearls, tangling accessories, etc, are to be separated and hand washed as it will damage other apparels during washing.

  11. Customers are encouraged to e-mail us for enquiry or check the respective measurements for item before confirming your can fit in.

  12. Sizing issue such as ‘cannot fit in’, ‘too big’ or ‘too tight’ or ‘too short’ or ‘long’ or ‘colour tone’ are not eligible for neither return nor exchange. Strictly no exchange for reasons relating to size or colour ( smaller or bigger than it is perceived, different colour tone).

  13. Measurements may vary 1 to 3cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.

  14. Quality and material issues are subjective and we do not promise 100% similarity of displayed items as the actual item. Please e-mail us before purchase to clear your doubts. Generally, our displayed items are 85% similar to the actual item.

  15. Strictly no refund or exchange if the apparel does not fit.

  16. Strictly no refund or exchange if the apparel does not look nice upon wearing.

  17. Strictly no refund or exchange if the apparel’s colour is not as perceived or buyer thinks colour does not look nice on her.

  18. For returning and exchange items due to defect(s), buyer will pay for the shipping fee. Buyer will bear the shipping fee.

  19. Upon rectifying the issue(s), we will send back the item to you. We will bear the shipping fee.

  20. As proof of delivery, please provide us the courier company service, tracking number and our address, contact details.

  21. If out of stock, buyer has to wait for restock (if buyer wants the same item).

  22. We do not allow exchange to a new piece of item which is not in your previous order.

  23. All replacement, exchanges and correspondences once received by us will be sent to buyers with courier services only.

  24. We strictly do not offer any cash refund under any circumstances.

  25. Please note:
    - The item is your responsibility until it is returned to us. It must be returned to us in its original condition with original tag.
    - The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
    - The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
    - An item in a colour or size cannot fit (too short, too long, too tight or too loose etc) that is not up to your expectation is not considered a ‘wrong item’. Material and quality issues are not considered defects and is subjective.
    - A manufacturing defect does not include stray threads or removable dirt.
    - If the defect is found to be inflicted after we have delivered the item, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. (e.g after washing the item or wearing the item and/or has obtained stains from elsewhere or damaged after washing with other apparels)

  26.  We strictly do not allow Return/Exchange/Refund for Lingeries & Shoes under any circumstances.

  27. If buyer fails to read or understand this policy, we will not be responsible for any issues. Please contact us if any doubt arises.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. WE will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit
