I love to bake bread and make other items that require kneading of dough - what I don\'t love is the mess - and the BakeitFun #kneadingdough bag has changed that. The BakeitFun #kneadingdough bag is made out of German Grade， FDA Safe & BPA Free Silicone so your dough doesn\'t stick to it. Simply put all the ingredients inside the #kneadingdough bag and knead to mix them. This bag is microwave， freezer， dishwasher and oven safe. It can withstand temperatures as low as -40 all the way up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition to using this bag for #kneadingdough it also makes a great marinade bag for all types of meat. The #kneadingdough bag comes with two ties but no directions. I feel adding a small instruction book with a couple recipes would be a great addition to this already fantastic product. One last thing worth mentioning is how easy cleanup is. Simply dump out any excess flour or liquid once you have removed the dough or meat from the bag， flip the #kneadingdough bag inside out and wash with warm， soapy water. Since nothing sticks to this bag there is no need to scrub it. Just wipe， rinse and dry. Silicone Kneading Dough Bag is a very innovative product. As a cooking enthusiast， I enjoy trying new products for the kitchen， and appreciate the nice construction of this kitchen tool. This silicone bag is manufactured from food grade silicone. It is BPA free and non toxic for food preparation. This tool can be used both in the refrigerator or microwave. I used this tool yesterday when kneading a yeast dough recipe for small rolls. Even though the dough was a bit sticky， it did come together nicely in the kneading bag. When my kneading step was finished， I poured the dough ball out of the bag， and was able to add some flour on my surface to finish the preparation for the rising step. I gave this tool a 4-star rating because it could be a bit more messy with some of my sticky dough recipes. I think I might be able to add flour to the bag before I remove the dough ball， and that may solve the problem. The kneading bag cleans up in the sink very quickly with warm water and some soap. It is a bit tricky to prop up to dry， but it dried very quickly in a matter of an hour or so on the kitchen counter. It comes with two silicone ties， but could be improved with a set of directions for the other suggested uses. This tool is also recommended for marinades for meats or fish to store in the refrigerator before grilling. All in all， this is a great new product for those who love to bake yeast breads.
