Sauce Main Ingredient : Palm Oil, Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Lemongrass, Chili Powder, Galangal, Torch Ginger, Ginger, tamarind, Turmeric, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Citric Acid and other seasonings

Cooking Ingredient:
- 1 package of Cheffaro Tom Yam Paste
- 100g of chicken cubes
- 50g of squids
- 50g of prawns
- Optional 50g of sliced fish
- Sliced tomato

- Add 1 package of Cheffaro Asam Fish Paste with 400ml of boiling water.
- Add 100g of chicken cube, cook for 10 minutes at medium heat.
- Add 50g squids and 50g prawns continue to cook for 5 mins at medium heat.
- Add sliced tomato and sliced fish (optional) and cook for 3 minutes.

Remark:
1) You may omit chicken and use on prawn and squid if you are seafood lover.
2) You may add crab, clam and any seafoods as per your liking.

The Tom Yam Seafood is best to serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
