Essential Magnesium Active Spray contains Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate 98% that is food grade and naturally evaporated from salt water.  Each 250ml contains 150g of Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate in a solution of distilled water, MSM, Arnica and Organic Essential Oils for pain and inflammation.
