I tried the product and within 10 minutes I felt like I had drank 5 energy drinks. I was very hyper and energetic. Although I have to say the product did make me so energetic that I got nervous. It almost worked too great. I wouldn't recommend the product for another softball game but I will definitely use the product in workouts (HIIT) because it made me very energetic and made me sweat quite more than usual.
