The Calcium and Magnesium in this product are chemically bonded with natural citric acid to form Calcium Citrate and Magnesium Citrate. Vitamin D has also been added to enhance absorption and utilization of Calcium by the body. A special base of herbs has been included for additional nutritive support.

Directions
Use only as directed. Take three to six vegetarian capsules daily with a meal or a glass of water.
