One way to do this is to get a bowl with a little water (2-3 cm) and roll the balls in it but be careful you do not wet the wick it in the middle. The balls get a bit warm after prolonged use, but with a little practice, you can juggle these balls for about 5-7 minutes while quite comfortably.
