Suggested Use
Use only as directed. Adults take up to 4 capsules with 8 oz of water daily as needed and away from meals or other supplements by one hour or as directed by a licensed health care practitioner. For periodic cleansing: Week one adults begin by taking 4 capsules daily. Week two adults increase to 4 capsules twice daily. Weeks three through eight adults increase to 4 capsules three times daily. Always drink 8 oz of water with each serving. Do not exceed 12 capsules per day or 4 capsules per serving; or as directed by a licensed health care practitioner. Not for use in children.
