Returns and Exchanges Policy
We only accept exchanges for the following reasons:
a. Incorrect item received
b. Defective item received (Eg. Cracked protector)
Exchanges will be done on a case by case basis for the exact same design only and any other reasons for returns apart from the above may be subjected to restocking fees.
We will NOT be responsible and will not accept exchanges for cracks/scratches/bubbles caused as a result of poor or incorrect installation on buyer's part.
Exchanges/Returns will not be processed if the protective adhesive layer is removed/peeled off.
All exchanges and returns must be accompanied with photographs of defects.
Shop Eclat must be notified of an exchange within 14 days from date of delivery.

b. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
c. Please be advised Shop Eclat will not be liable for any lost and delayed parcels should you opt for normal postage.
d. Please note that Normal Postage is not insured nor trackable.
We strongly encourage the use of Smartpac/Registered mail which comes with a tracking number.
e. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mails.
