  PODUCT DIRECTIONS  
Adults (above 12 years old) – Take 5 tablets 2-3 times a day, after a meal, or as prescribed
by physician
Chew tablets, do not swallow them whole
Store below 30C in a dry place away from direct sunlight and strong smells
