We provide skilled nursing services in the home. Our Staff nurses are qualified Registered Nurses (SRN) with Annual Practicing Certificates (APC). All our Nursing Aides are Certified to ensure competent and safe care.

Service details:

• Assist in Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Personal Hygiene Care
• Medication admission base on doctor’s prescription
• Assist with oral/tube feeding
• Patient monitoring (geriatric patients, chronic diseases etc.)
• Medical escort to and from medical appointments
• Interim respite care (caregiver’s rest hour)

Terms and Conditions:

1. Charge rate is relevant only to the maximum contact time indicated for each service. Surcharge may apply for extension of service hour.
2. Surcharge applies for services on Sunday, after office hour (7pm to 7am) and public holiday.
3. Specialized nursing supply and infusion equipment, as indicated by medical doctor or for nursing care is chargeable.
4. Mileage (and toll) charge of RM1.2/km from Sunway to patient’s home will be charged for each trip of service.
5. Fees paid are not refundable, transferrable and must be consumed within 6months. Schedule for therapy is confirmed 3 day in advanced. Change of visit in lesser than 24hr is not allowed.
6. Equipment rented may be charged at purchase price, if it’s found broken by user or patient family. 
7. Add on service: extra charge may apply for skilled service rendered on the same visit.​
