1)High quality cat5e/6 cable is needed to work with this hdmi extender.all the hdmi extender were tested with 55M cat5e cable and 62M cat6e cable. if it do not work， pls change your cable first
2)if you send the HDMI extender without loop， we will send the one without loop.
