As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop in 8 ounces of cold water. Use up to four scoops daily. During intense physical activity use up to four scoops mixed in 16 to 20 ounces of cold water and sip throughout.

This product has been manufactured on equipment that processes milk, soy, nuts, wheat, shellfish and eggs.
