Just a few quick potato-shaped words to kick things off. We''re Tyrells of Tyrrells Court Farm and we make the fine English chips from local Herefordshire potatoes. We cook them by hand in small batches and we always leave the skin on. We reckon they''re rather special - dig in and let us know what you think. Mature Cheddar & Chives Little in life is quite as glorious as the tangy hit of mature cheddar in concert with the wonderfully oiniony twang of heat most snippable of herbs, the chive. Rumor has it that some of our peers in the chip world have been attempting to ''jazz up'' their wares with things like MSG and something known as ''disodium guanylate''. Barbarians!
