One bottle last about a month so I get a new one at the first of every month. Put two coats on first day and one coat a day (every morning for all day protection). I usually wear the first couple of days just Nailtiques 2Plus, the next couple of days with color, and then take all off to start again. Can be used under or over other polishes. No matter if I have nail color on or not-USE EVERYDAY. Will see results after first bottle! I have been using this since July 2014 after seeing an ad in a magazine at the beach. Happen to be in Publix at the beach and they had it, so started using and have never changed! Can get it at CVS, Kroger, Publix, and now WalMart. :0) Oh yeah, Nailtiques also has a few colors that work long term. Try Vienna and Geneva for spring, Tahiti for summer, Havana for fall, and Tokyo for winter. Those are my choices by the way. It healed my nails then, and didn't require an on-going use, which I like. So when this winter thrashed my nails again, I immediately turned to Nailtiques. I bought this formula first because it was less expensive than the regular Formula 2, but I would instead heed the advice of the instructions and go with the regular Formula 2 first next time, just FYI.Also, I like Nailtiques because it does not contain formaldehyde, and my research into similar products showed that they do. It is also not tested in animals, which sealed the deal.I highly recommend this for those who need extra help after using Formula 2.
