The pedometer is through waist movement to achieve record steps ， pedometer attached to the waist closer， remember the more accurate step .

1 Step calculation function

· Press the "M" (MODE) button until the display flag "Step"， once the motion is detected， the pedometer will start to count ， if you want a pedometer

Reset ( cleared ) ， press "R" (RESET) button until the digital display to zero. ( Long press about two seconds clear)

2 distance calculation

· Press the "M" (MODE) button until the display shows the metric version of "KM"， when the British version ， showing British version of "MILE" on the display ;

· Press the "S" (SET) button to adjust the stride length ( that is， every step of the step ) ， the numbers on the screen starts flashing ;

· Keep pressing "R" (RESET) button to adjust the desired data ， once the value set ， pause for 5 seconds ， it will return to the original distance calculation mode .

Once motion is detected ， even if the distance from the start .

Setting the pace

3 . Calorie calculation

· Press the "M" (MODE) button until the display flag "KCAL";

· Press the "S" (SET) button to adjust your weight ， the digital display starts blinking ;

· Keep pressing "R" (RESET) button to adjust the desired data ， once the value set ， pause for 5 seconds ， it will return to the original calorie calculation mode .

Once motion is detected ， even if the start of calories .
