• We withhold the rights to change the pricing without prior notice.
• Please verify the displayed price before placing an order on Qoo10.
• All prices & fees listed on the product page are inclusive of GST
• For bulk purchases / mixing of sizes, please contact us directly. Bulk prices are available.
• If you require an official tax invoice, please indicate in the “Memo to Seller” during cart payment.

• We only ship by Courier services that provide tracking numbers.
• Please allow 2 working days for us to process your order for delivery by the Courier company.
• Other than 2 working days for us to process your order, the delivery time is determined by the Courier company which is out of our control.
• As each delivery is issued with a tracking number, there is assurance that each parcel is traceable.

• For consumables product, we cannot accept refunds / returns for opened or damaged boxes.
• Due to the manufacturing process, the products is not 100% free from defects.
• If you experience an unusual large occurrence of defects for consumable product, please contact us with the relevant photos. We will conduct a replacement on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• If you have received a defective product, please contact us with the relevant photos. We will conduct a replacement after examination of the defective product.
• In the event that you received your order with the wrong quantity / size / model, please contact us with the relevant photos. We will conduct an investigation. If the error was made by us, we will provide the appropriate replacement at no chargeable cost.
