Yongchuan Xiuya tea is a green tea originally grown in Yongchuan ,Chongqing Province. Yongchuan is its originated place, Xiuya is described its shape and fresh. Because Yongchuan four distinct seasons, good climatic conditions, rainfall concentration, adequate light, soil pH value of 4.5 to 6.5 (slightly acidic), is very suitable for tea growth, for the growth of Yongchuan Shouya tea provide a good foundation.

Yongchuan Xiuya green tea is made from the buds that have just emerged, rich aroma substances and taste material, the quality is very good , after brewing Yongchuan Xiuya tea and pouring it into a teacup, the aroma will flow into the air and fragrant overflowing.
Compared with other types of green tea, Yongchuan Xiuya has a distinctive appearance and taste: thin and straight appearance, slightly dark green, the quality of soup clear green, rich aroma, the end of leaves are green and bright.

Yongchuan Shouya tea is rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese and other 15 kinds of minerals, and contains more tea polyphenols, chlorophyll content is low ,in addition to relieve the heat, refreshing mind, promote relaxed awareness, also can prevent the effectiveness of tooth decay, anti-oxidation and to prevent aging effect.

Brewing method:
Do not use boiling water brewing tea, generally about 80 º C is appropriate. The more tender the tea, the more green, brewing water temperature is low, so that the tea can be soaked green and bright, refreshing taste, tea nutrition is also less damaged.
