Each capsule contains:
Concentrated Omega-3 triglycerides-fish 1.5g (1500mg)
Equivalent to:
• Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 540mg
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 360mg

No added artificial colours, artificial flavours, preservatives, egg products, ethanol, gluten, corn flour, oats or oat derivatives, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, yeast or maltodextrin.

Directions
For general health & wellbeing: Take 1 capsule daily with food.
For Heart and Cardiovascular health: Take 1-2 capsules daily with food.
