However, after trying it 3 times, without swimming or water, it allowed sunburns on both my and my daughter's faces, even with reapplying twice within a few hours. I also have noticed several times that when rubbing it in, the lotion breaks down and leaves small beads of white lotion, to the point where we have to use a tissue and lightly fleck them off. This is also an odd quality. For these reasons, I will not buy this again, but will stick with the tried and true mineral sunscreens, with no parabens or oxybenzone. I only use mineral sunscreen of my kids and I have searched far and wide for one that I really like. This is incredibly easy to apply (unlike most other mineral sunscreens), it smells good, and it continues to work well in the water.
