  1. Wrong item sent - Seller will sent replacement together with return mail. (eg: Order iPhone6 Plus but receive iPhone6 Tempered Glass)
  2. Manufacturer defect - Bubble formed inside the protective layer. No replacement once protective layer removed.
  3. Manufacturer Defect - Chip off on the glass. No replacement once protective layer removed.
  4. Crack during delivery
  5. By purchasing our product, meaning you agree with the term and condition.
