I really felt a difference with the b12 injections and I would try other b12 supplements with no affect. I googled what the best b12 supplements are and this brand came up. I am now on my 3rd bottle and I love them!!! The cherry flavor is wonderful and I see it as a treat to take each morning. I actually find 4 lozenges to work the best for me.
