In engaging our free installation service, the replacement cost of kitchen tap is not covered. Only less than 5% of the households are having unsuitable kitchen tap.

1. Customers who have input the wrong address in Qoo10, you are advised to cancel your current order and reorder again with the appropriate address.
2. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days upon receiving the orders.
3. Seller and Qoo10 are not responsible for any damage mail or lost mail by using Normal Mail option.
4. Upsize your Normal Mail to Registered Mail to prevent damage mail, lost mail and long mailing time.
5. We will inspect the items before shipping out. Items sold are not refundable and not exchangeable.
