PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
As a dietary supplement for adults, begin use with one serving (one scoop) mixed with approximately 6 ounces of water.* Best when used on an empty stomach approximately 15 to 30 minutes prior to training.* Assess tolerance before increasing dose to two servings (two scoops).* Do not exceed four scoops at one sitting or in a 24 hour period.* On non-training days, take one to two servings with 6 ounces of water per scoop.* To avoid sleeplessness do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.*

Seek advice from a physician before consuming this product. Do not use if you are contemplating pregnancy, pregnant, nursing, prone to dehydration, or exposed to excessive heat. Reduce or discontinue use of this product if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur. This product is only intended for use by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severe headache, rapid heartbeat or shortness of breath.
