What is 925 Silver?
925 Silver is silver that contains 92.5% of silver and 7.5% of another metal, usually copper.
Why does silver turn black?
Real 925 silver reacts with air, water, sweat and chemicals like soap, to form a black substance. Different wearers produce different amounts of sweat and therefore silver may tarnish faster on certain people, and slower on others. Similarly, silver products placed at different environment tarnish at different rate.
How do I remove the "black colour” on my silver products?
The black substance on your silver products is a result of silver tarnishing. Fortunately, this black substance is only on the surface of silver and can be removed by cleaning it with silver polish cloth.
How do I know my ring size?
Follow the steps:
Cut a strip of paper. Wrap it around the finger that you want to wear that ring on. Mark the spot where the paper meet.
Measure that length. That will be the CIRCUMFERENCE of your finger.
Refer to the ring size chart at the bottom of the listing. Cross check Circumference with the US or Europe ring size. That will be your ring size.
Remember: the ring will need to be snug but will still need to fit over the largest part of your finger.
Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?
We gladly oblige an exchange of another model, colour or size if your purchase has not been collected by Qxpress. Email us immediately at silvershop@wangroyal.com to inform us of the exchange, so that we can urgently repack your purchase.
If your purchase has already been collected for delivery, you will have to receive the item and then return the item to us. Returned items should be in their original packaging and must reach us within 7 days from date of receipt to be valid for exchange.
In both cases, exchange is subject to stock availability. Please email us at silvershop@wangroyal.com to check for stock availability before you make any returns. We regret that we do not do any refunds.
Tip: As it may take up to 2 weeks to process any returns, and any cost incurred in the returned has to be borne by the buyer, we strongly advise you to look through our listing and take note of the measurements stated to avoid incurring any extra cost. Please email us separately via silvershop@wangroyal.com for specific procedure on how to do the exchange.
Due to hygiene purpose, earrings are not returnable/exchangeable once delivered. Silver polish cloth and free items are not returnable.
Does your product come with a jewelry box?
We do not have jewelry box for our products. Our packaging includes a velvet drawstring pouch.
