Stainless steel cone coffee filter fits Chemex® Coffee Makers. This filter fits 6, 8 10 cup Chemex® Coffee Makers. Also fits Hario V60 02 03 coffee drippers. This filter is washable reusable. This reusable filter lets the natural oils from your coffee through for better flavor and to provide a full-flavored coffee. Designed Engineered by Crucial Coffee. Items needed: 24 grams of fine coffee, scale, timer 400 grams of boiling water at 205F. 1. Pre wet the filter vessel. 2. Empty out the water tare out your scale. 3. Grind 24 grams of finely ground coffee and place it into the filter. 4. Pour a small amount of water over the grinds, just enough to wet the coffee. Roughly about 100 grams of water (15 seconds). 5. At the 1 minute mark, take your water weight up to 400 grams by pouring only in the center. You want the water lifting the coffee, but not puddling. 6. Enjoy your delicious coffee!
