for our product, we go through 3 times QC before we ship out your item to make sure the item have no any missing parts,so it is very rare to see any complain about missing parts,but sometimes item parts might loose due to transportation , but it is sure the part will be still remain inside the boxes, so please kindly advise you ,open your box in gentle ,double check is there any loose part (also printed car plate if you are requested) remain inside the box before you throw out the box!
