Unfortunitly they did not have this pillow in store. I called customer service at .Com as recommended by the store associate. They gave me three options. I could accept the order then get half price off an additional pillow, cancel the order then reorder at a higher price, or accept the order then mail it back to the wearhouse and wait for a replacement. I asked to speak to a supervisor on the phone and was hung up on twice. I ended up canceling the order and buying them on Amazon. The pillow itself was good and I would have been very happy if I got both pillows. What a lucky find! Inexpensive and honestly the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned. Definitely go for the king size; you'll be glad you did. Just like sleeping on a cloud. Unfortunately, the puppy got to this one as well. It doesn't need to be constantly flipped or poofed up. Your head doesn't get too hot either. Your head just sinks into the pillow but not uncomfortably so. It stays comfortable all night long. The price is very reasonable under 20.00. I was having trouble finding a good pillow but this one definitely suits me just fine.
