Mix one level scoop of AML Preworkout in 12 ounces of water and drink 30-45 minutes before workouts. Do Not Exceed 1 Serving Daily!

Caffeine-sensitive individuals and others sensitive to stimulants should not consumer this product. Do not consume synephrine, caffeine, or thyroid-boosting compounds from other sources, including but not limited to Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOI), antidepressants, allergy, asthma, cough or cold and weight control drugs, or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine or other stimulants while taking this product.
