• Although we provide the option for normal non-registered mail, we still strongly recommend our valued customers to choose Qxpress as their mode of delivery, as we have received quite a lot of feedback about lost/delayed parcels.
•  Normal mail cannot be traced whereas Qxpress provides a tracking number for each parcel.
•  All the tracking numbers will be updated directly into the Qoo10 system and customers can easily trace them online.
•  We will try our best to assist however we will not be responsible if mail is lost through the use of normal mail.
