Colour : Beautiful brilliant robe, with a deep and still young ruby colour.

Aroma : Attractive nose with green sweet pepper notes, developing gamy and undergrowth aromas.

Palate: The large mouth shows mellow tannins and a spicy final.

Recommended Cuisine

It will be best served at room temperature (17-18°C). It will be the perfect accompaniment to red grilled meat, pot-au-feu, grilled and roasted ham, and cheeses.
