Import duties, customs fee, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge, even if the item provided free shipping, these charges are borne by the buyer. About Shipping

Please make sure your contact details(Contact Name/Address/Zipe code/Tel Number/Fax Number/Email and etc) leave in order are all correct, otherwise the buyer shall be responsible for all losses if any failure delivery owing to buyer`s any wrong contact details.

Please list your special requirements of the product(s) or order in the REMARK when order. If there is no special requirement, we will send our standard products to the buyer.

The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. We usually process orders within 3 business days after received your payment (Exclude weekends and public holidays) for retail products (such as LED headlamp, LED Bike light ,LED flashlight and relative accessories), or 3 to 15 working days for wholesale commercial or residential LED Lighting and relative accessories.

Any items you order shall be only shipped after your payment is received by the Third Party (Bank) or our bank account,.

We will strive our best to provide you the most reliable and affordable way of shipping service, We ship the item for customers through China mail post, EMS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or Air Mail according to actual situation . However international delivery is highly depended on the Courier Company and local custom.

When the shipment delivered by international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT), the buyer shall afford the additional remote delivery fee if delivery destinations (your address) belongs to the remote area in "international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT) remote area list".

All of items by air mail will be marked as a GIFT at lowest valued for Customs.

All of items could be sent to all over the world. We will provide shipment details(tracking number) to you after item shipped. Delivery time shall base on different countries or regions around the world: (1) For the shipment by international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT) usually takes 3~7days; (2) and the shipment by air mail post usually takes 10~30days because of the destination and other factors, it might take up to 45 days or more, please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance if the item is not arrived in 45 days.

We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters result from shipping carriers or force majeure reasons.

For package missed on the way to the destination, we would try best to contact with our post office and update the latest information for you. However, there may be some delayed reply because of the time difference.

Warranty & Return Policy

Uberlight warrants its products of its manufacture against defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment, subject to certain conditions:

This warranty is further conditioned upon proper storage, installation, use, operate and maintenance.
1.2
This warranty only applies to the first end-user purchaser or original purchaser and original installation of the products.
1.3
This warranty is not transferable. During the warranty period, if a product covered by this warranty fails to confirm to this warranty and is returned by purchaser in accordance with Uberlight published warranty service declaration, Uberlight will, at its option, either repair or replace the product or the non-confirming part thereof, or reimburse the purchaser for the purchase price of the specific product. For purposes of clarity, "repair or replace the product or the non-confirming part thereof" does not include: (a) any removal or reinstallation cost or expenses, including without limitation labor costs or expenses, (b) Shipping fee and expense required to return product to Uberlight; If Uberlight chooses to replace the product and is not able to do because it has been discontinued or is not available, Uberlight may replace it with a comparable product.
1.4
All returns must be accompanied by a written statement setting forth customer's contact details, together with a brief description of any claim defects. And the parts or product for which replacement is made shall become the property of Uberlight. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the customer shall cover the returning cost of transportation, insurance and other relative fee from customer's company to Uberlight, and Uberlight will return the repaired or replaced unit within thirty days and cover the cost of transportation and insurance from Uberlight to purchaser.
