BiO-LiFE Glucosamine 500mg is taken as an adjunctive therapy in osteoarthritis. Glucosamine is an amino sugar that the body produces and distributes in cartilage. In osteoarthritis, the certilage breaks down, resulting in “no-cushion” effect at the ends of the bones within the joint, which give rise to joint pain. Glucosamine has shown to deliver symptomatic relief from this pain and also slow the progression of osteoarthritis.

Product Usage
As an adjunctive therapy in osteoartritis. Take 1 tablet 3 times daily during a period at least 8 weeks. Maintenance therapy should be followed for 3-4 months (or according to medical prescription ) by administration of 1 tablet taken 2 times daily with meal.

Contraindicated to those who are hypersensitive to glucosamine or other ingredient or allergic to shellfish.
