1. Go to Mi Market app and search for Google Installer

2. Download app and install it

3. Launch Google Installer and install google apps. The second and third are calendar and contact sync, so upon choosing either you get prompted to install required apps (framework, play store, account manager...)

4. Install all

5. When all are installed reboot the phone

TIP:
Sometimes after using google installer, play store app closes and can't be used; in that case, uninstalling it and installing again usually does the trick
