The sleep pill, even though it says one, I took two and still didn't sleep more than 4 hours. One pill kept me up all night the night before. And the day was not a keeper either. I am only 5 ft 100 lbs so it had to have given me some type of relief and I feel it didn't. Waste of money for me. :/ Was this review helpful?
