The cut design of the glass was subjected to edge processing with a large curve so as to conform to the round shape of the iPhone 6 series as much as possible.
Although it is an iPhone 6 series which can not affix protection glass to the edge of the rear side of the structure, it is a shape devised to eliminate discomfort as much as possible.
After the precision cutting by CNC around the camera and around the logo, the edge processing has been carefully done.
The thickness of the glass adopted for the protective glass plate is 0.33 mm (total thickness 0.55 mm) at the base part, and the thickness and strength are balanced.
Surface treatment boasts its own antifouling coding with surprisingly smooth finger slide and anti-staining performance that can be wiped off lightly.
Bubbles are hard to remain in the adhesive layer, and the scattering prevention silicone adhesive sheet is adopted when the protective glass plate should crack by any chance.
The protective glass plate is made by Japan Asahi Glass Company and reliable materials are used.
All designs are done in Japan, and we are producing it at a factory capable of precision cutting.
