This is an all-around excellent product. The construction is very durable.
It's very easy and intuitive to assemble and the locking mechanism not only holds it all in place, but it's also easy to pop out the lock (with no worry about it popping out by accident).
The ability to flip between left and right-handed grips not only makes easier for a household with left and right-handed people; it also lets you switch between hands if one gets sore and you have a lot of cheese to grate.
The open layout of the grater also makes it mostly easy to clean except for the inside of the grating cylinder which is a bit small.
