This versatile Little Nyonya Master Stock can be used as a base to flavour your cooking in the kitchen. Use it sparingly as a little goes a long way! This chicken soup stock is made with no preservatives, and is certified halal.

You will need
1 pack of Master Stock (250g)
4 litres of water
- To prepare a pot of stock, boil 4 litres of water together with 1 pack of Master Stock. Bring to boil.
- Use it to prepare soup or to flavour your cooking. Makes 10 portions.
Storage tips
Store any unused portions in an airtight container for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
Can be kept in the freezer for up to a month.
