Shipping methods and terms and conditions.

1.Normal mail free - the free shipping that we all love. but please understand this is not gurantee method of shipping. There is the risk of loss using this method. Singpost or its contractor may forget to deliver, deliver wrong or kapo it. I would not know. So buyers use it at your own risk and understand that i do not provide any kind of replacement or refund for this.

Pleaes do not buy/use normal mail if you are not conformtable with this method. 

2.Registered mail - this is a additional service that can be top up onto Singpost normal mail.This will gurantee your shipping must be delivered. It comes with a tracking number and doorstep delivery,insurance of up to $67. Singpost will make delivery during office hours. Delivery timing up to Singpost, cannot choose.

3.seller Courier shipping next day gurantee delivery or your choice of day

Monday to Friday only

This is the best out of all the shipping methods. You get to choose time you want your delivery made.Just state the Date follow by Morning/afternoon/evening for delivery time.Cut off time is base on when qoo10 sent us the order. For most items you can normmaly get it same or the next day.

Please note the timing.

  Morning delivery time slot 10AM-2PM

  Afternoon Delivery time slot 2PM-6PM

  Evening delivery time 6pm-10pm

4.Self collection. For those staying nearby Serangoon ave 3 block 241 you may wish to use this method.

***In the event of any returns we will contact you to find out what may have gone wrong.

***Buyers will be liable for any recovery cost of the money or the item for normal mail in the event of a non-recepit any any form

Warranty/exchange and others terms and condition

1.Warranty exchange either with local agent or with us, see item listing.We can try to assist in helping you do the exchange with agent.

2.normally within 2 weeks. for registered mail,courier or self collection warranty starts from the date of receiving.

  Normal mail would be base on the day we sent. More reason to use Registered,courier or self collection!.

3. Any exchange cost will be borne by buyer.

   *** If we sent wrong item, we will try our best by arranging to go to the nearest MRT to your convience to do the exchange.

   *** Return due to changing your mind. As long as item is not used, not open and is still in totally new condition we can do a refund/exchange. But we will reserve the right to not provide a exchange/refund if item is suspected of being open/tamper.
