Instruction:
Use the Extend-O-Grip to warm up before playing and to strengthen and stretch the fingers.
Hold the Extend-O-Grip in either hand and place your finger-tips on the tops of the buttons.
Push the buttons down independently or all at once.
The fourth button can be moved away from the others to extend the span
More advanced players can use the FA-10-L Light tension (green)
