Eyelash Perm Instructions: <br />1. Thoroughly cleanser and comb eyelashes <br />2. Thinly apply EYELASH GLUE on upper eyelid at the base of lashes . <br />3. Choose the proper sized rod to the length of the lashes and apply the rod to the base of eyelashes on the glue . <br />4. Apply more EYELASH GLUE onto the rod if necessary . <br />5. Use toothpick to turn the lashes so they are sticking onto the rod . <br />6. Use PERMING SOLUTION (#1)and apply to the rod and lashes with a mini q-tip . Wait for 15-20 minutes. <br />Be sure that the client’s eyes stay closed and the solution does not get into the eye. <br />7. Remove SOLUTION (#1)using a dry cotton swab. <br />8. Apply the NEUTRALIZER (#2).WITH 15-20 minutes. <br />9. Remove the NEUTRALIZER (#2)With a cotton swab. <br />10. Use GLUE REMMOVE if necessary. <br />11.
