About Egg and Spoon Races This is a classic and totally fun game! You draw a line on the grass or beach; line-up the players and say GO! As they are running across the field to the finish line, if they drop their egg they must stop and using the SPOON ONLY, pick the egg back up. First person across the finish line with egg in spoon, WINS!

You can also play an Egg and Spoon Relay race! In the relay race version of the game you line-up two parties, one at the start and one at the middle of the race course. The first set of players races to the second set of players and hands off their egg/spoon to their pre-assigned team-mate. Winning team crosses the finish line first with their egg and spoon.
