I was hesitant to buy this one because of the cost and the hype but nothing was helping me. I was up about five times a night and never had much more than a dribble before I started taking this. Twenty four hours later, the stream was much better. There was less pressure and pain. A few days later, I was waking up about two times a night. Lately, I have slept all night and the stream is better than it has been in a couple of years. The hype is understated. It works great. I was getting up three times a night. After using Super Beta Prostate for two days I could sleep through the night.
