Brand introduction
Tell artist's feelings with advanced acoustic technology
1927 Established Japan Victor Company as a Japanese corporation of Victor Talking Machine Company.
Started using JVC as a brand for overseas markets since the late 1950s.
Today, as a global brand, we are developing the JVC brand worldwide including Japan.
"Understanding the original sound" underlying JVC sound making.
It is a development philosophy "to convey the feelings that the artist recorded in the recording studio with the sound of the master tape (= original sound) more faithfully".
We have developed unique products according to the contents of the era under the philosophy of "searching for the original sound".
At the present time, its idea continues to bloom, and we continue to propose "headphones that convey the thought of artists" with advanced acoustic technology such as "Wood dome unit" which adopted wood for earphone diaphragm.
This feeling is also common to group companies including music studio "Victor Studio" boasting its own production environment and "Victor Entertainment" to which a number of artists dominating domestic and overseas belongs, making use of their respective expertise
By doing so, we are constantly enhancing each other's value.
