All orders will be mailed out within 1-3 days (excluding weekends/public holidays) after confirmation of the transaction. Please note that seller will not be responsible for any parcel lost or damaged by SingPost Normal Mail. Registered Mail is highly recommended for tracking purposes.

No Exchange unless item is defected. Please provide photographic proof within 3 calendar days and drop us a message upon receipt of defective item(s). We will do a 1-to-1 exchange and should the buyer change the option, we will not  refund the difference in price if the exchanged item is lower than the original item.
