Foods made from whole grains have all the essential parts and naturally occurring nutrients of the entire grain seed, and the whole grain stamp tells you how much you get per serving.
Certified Organic
Unlike "natural" label claims, certified organic products are grown without genetically engineered organisms, chemical herbicides and pesticides, and never have synthetic preservatives or additives. Because, really, who wants any of that for breakfast?

Suggested Use
Kettle Directions:
To prepare, simply empty packet into bowl, add about 1/2-2/3 cup (125-150 ml) of boiling water or as desired and stir.
Microwave Directions:
Do not cook in, or cover with, plastic. Empty packet into a glass or ceramic bowl. Add about 1/2-2/3 cup (125-150 ml) of water and stir. Cook on high for about 75 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Stir and serve immediately.
