Mr McKenic®- Air-Conditioner Cleaner (Self-Rinsing) contains an unique and tested formula that clears dust and eliminated harmful micro-organisms trapped in air-conditioners, without the need for rinsing with water after application of the product.

Application for use:
Mr McKenic® - Air-Conditioner Cleaner (Self-Rinsing) is safe for
use on all brands of air-conditioners. It is used on split-unit
air-conditioners, window units with drainage outlets and even
refrigerator coils.
Direction for use:
For Aerosol Packing
- Switch off air-conditioner unit and open windows for ventilations.
- Open casing to remove dirty filters for washing. Use a vacuum cleaner
or brush to remove thick layer of dust on coil fins.
- Shake Product Can well before use. Position Can approximately
10cm away from the coil fins.
- Spray Mr McKenic® - Air-Conditioner Cleaner (Self-Rinsing) to create foam in an S-motion from top to bottom. Do not cover more than 1/3 of
coil surfaces.
- Allow 15-20 minutes for the foam to penetrate inwards.
- Replace clean filters and casings and switch on the air- conditioner
for about 45-60 minutes to start the cleaning process.
- For best results, set air-conditioner to about 24°C and put on to high
fan mode during cleaning. Apply at least once a month.
Note: To further improve indoor air quality, spray Mr McKenic® - The Germ Killer on to the filters and fins to kill germs. To clear chokage caused by thick dirt and dusts in pipes, use Mr McKenic® - Choke Clear.

Mr McKenic® - Choke Clear is formulated to clear blockage problem that causes slow & inefficient drainage in most water drain pipes.
Clogged drain pipes are common problems faced in areas like air-con units, kitchen sinks, toilets & any place where drainage of wastewater is required. Often, such problems are caused by obstruction of solid materials or buildup of dirt and scum. Overtime, algae, scale & slime will grow and form the layer of clog along the inner pipes. If this persists, it will encourage the growth of unwanted bacteria and bad odour.
Mr McKenic® - Choke Clear effectively breaks up any buildup of rust, algae, scale & slime found inside drainage pipes. Its hassle-free application requires minimum dismantling & gives users the convenience of pouring the product into target areas without the need to scrub! As a preventive measure, this product may also be used to maintain drains and toilets to prevent chokes.

Direction for use:
For Choke in Air-Conditioner Units:
If the drain pipe of the air-conditioner is exposed, pour ¼ to ½ of Mr McKenic® - Choke Clear (250ml/Btl) into it to clear the dirt chokes.
Otherwise, pour ¼ to ½ of Mr McKenic® - Choke Clear onto the horizontal tray found at the lowest portion of the coil. The product will eventually flow into the drain pipe to clear the chokes.
Allow 5 to 15 minutes to work.
Repeat application if necessary.
Rinse with water when drain is cleared.
Replace the filters and the casings.
For Choke in Sinks & Drains:
Remove any debris that can be seen at the entry of the pipe. Use a plunger if necessary
Pour ¼ to ½ of Mr McKenic® - Choke Clear (250ml/Btl) directly into the drain pipe.
Allow 5-15 minutes for the product to flow into the drain pipe to clear the chokes.
Rinse with water until the drain is cleared. For faster results, slowly pour hot water into the drain.
Do not stand too close when handling hot water to avoid any sudden splashing onto eyes & skin.
Repeat the application if necessary.
For Choke in Toilet Bowls:
Turn off any water supply to prevent over-flowing.
Pour Mr McKenic® - Choke Clear into the toilet bowl & fill up at least halfway.
Allow the product to sit for 15 minutes.
If the bowl is not cleared by end of 15 minutes, plunge the toilet bowl by means of a plunger.
If the bowl is cleared, turn on the water supply & flush the toilet bowl. Be ready to turn off the water supply if overflowing starts to occur.
Repeat the application if necessary.
Note: If condition persists after going through the above processes, consult a specialist as the chokes may be due to other factors.
